MARKET ANALYSIS
We assist the partner with a complete product analys in order to adapt it to the needs of the Italian market. We study the partner’s positioning related to choices made by agents, tour operators, and OTAs.

COMMERCIAL STRATEGY
We develop a trade commercial strategy following partner’s needs and objectives, drawing from their guidelines, policies, etc., taking advantage from our deep knowledge of distribution, networks, and OTAs.

COMMUNICATION & MARKETING
We create communication projects for trade, direct marketing, social media, and traditional advertising based on the partner’s requirements. We organize the partner’s presence at industry fairs and provide communication activities to support their efforts.

TRAINING
We train the trade through fam trips, webinars, professional visits, and organize joint events with agents and tour operators for product presentations.

REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE
We offer the partner the possibility of having a physical office with a dedicated operator for operational support with individual bookings, and if requested, also as a group office for Italy, all in close coordination with the main office.
